There's no way to fix this, as the "save" is tied to one specific userid in the cloud.. everybody is accessing the same save, overwriting the one in the cloud. It'll happen for any simcity save.

You must have not tried it then with ios11, there is no pp.dat file at all. I've been using many other saves.. and this one... there is just no pp.dat

Hack doesn't work.

No pp.dat is generated on unbroken Jailbroken devices after playing the game for a while (30mins) So this hack only works on Jailbroken devices.
