Removing dylib.plist solution won't work. Because i can't reach "Raw File System" on ifunbox. i can't switch to jailbroken mode.

Hi, I using jailbroken ios 10.2 on ipad air2 . Today i installed DisplayOut tweak and updated Uasharedtools as sequential operation. But i can't turn of safemode or jailbreak mode after install/update. Rejailbreak won't work (yalu102). My device showing black screen when i try safe mode / jailbreak. I pressing power button 15 sec. for switch normal mode. How can i fix it?
