Check if you are still jailbroken, if you are on 9.3.3 then a device reboot would disable the JB.

If your troop size is greater than normal anyone can report you. That's why you must have got banned. Don't use unlimited buildings simple!

Just renewed my VIP account. Hope this works out.. Update: this patch is working!! Everything freezes gold, food and crowns. But as mentioned in the post buildings still can't be upgraded with crowns. You can build army quickly though.. That's great! Don't know about generals as I haven't reached there yet.. This is my 2nd account.. Last one got blocked during Industrial Age!!
