LocalIAPStore works very good,many times buy x3 times ever if you pressed it one time,but it work. iFile,works well and there on iOSGods.com are present another File Manager. Filza File Manager. Mobile Terminal work perfectly. Check my Topic. Display Recorder..hmm..I've not tried it yet. Anyway you can use Reflector for PC/MAC for best Graphics Recording. The iPhone 4 isn't the best iDevice to install iOS8..

You can't. Apple blocked it. If you have a good and speedy iDevice,the iOS8.x will be perfect.

The iOS 8.1 isn't so bad. So go ahead to Jailbreak and maybe you can try to use Springtomize 3 and NoSlowAnimation.

For answering to @@Setbling . Try to delete the Tweak of Minecraft or to delete Minecraft,I had the same problem with Micromon..

I've had the same problem. The only thing that you can do is to make a backup,restore and re-jailbreak.
