Hi I have an iPad 4 with iOS 7.0.4 and obvlously,Jailbroken! By much days,my Appstore don't Update the app anymore. When I try to update the App with the button "Update" instead of update the app,it opens! But it's not all...when I search for the name of the app,like "Subway Surf" and tap on "+Open" instead of open the app,it update! Why? I don't installed nothing trought Cydia,by much time that I don't download a Tweak. I've tried Hard Reset,DFU and many more but nothing! Hope anyone can help me

The file hack .deb,isn't an App,is only a file,like others. Be sure that you bring this file to the main "Downloads" directory located in /var/mobile/Downloads.Once you transfered the file,open iFile and install it by tap on the file.
