You are right. Without root file access, you cannot put the deb contents there

Hey everyone, My name is Brady and I am a newbie on these forums. I have an iPad mini (9.3.5) and iPhone 5(9.3.2) both of which cannot be jailbroken as far as I know. I am a VIP member and would like to install the Battle bay .deb files into my device. Could someone help me or suggest what I could do? Can i even jailbreak one of my devices or then is there any alternative to install .deb files on non-jailbroken devices? Thanks in advance for your help Best regards, Brady
