1. Download NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! 

2. Reboot your phone so you aren't jailbroken anymore.

3. open NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! and head over to the NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED! apps.

4. download Electra remover and run it. ( it will erase all of your cydia tweaks and etc. ( you will get them back)

5. reboot and rejailbreak using electra 11.3.1 or whatever version you on and i kept all of my sources and im installing them back onto my phone.

   1. /var/lib/dpkg/info/

3. Search and remove the items for the tweak causing an issue

4. Go back to Cydia and remove the tweak.

Did the abvoe and it didn't work but i came up with a method that does work.

i get the pop up i stated above.

I opened my Cydia app about a hour ago all of my sources and addons are gone and i have a database message that displays ( ''The package iosgods.com.ultimateninjablazing needs to be reinstalled, but can't find an archive for it''.)  

@Ted2 helped me /Libary/MobileSubstrate --> find the dylib & plist  and remove it   but i still get the error.

Can anyone help with this issue im having? 

I have this issue with the naruto mod I installed help!
