It works fine even with tweaks enable, just use this command every time before opening GameGem:

You could try with AirPlay but I am not sure that works between Mac - iPhone.

I never used them so I don't know if they work, my opinion is that sucks using apps for a thing like that but I guess you don't have much of a choice
