Help/Support iOS 9.3.5. Most apps/games crash after opening

I have a jailbroken iPad 3, iOS 9.3.5. Most of my apps and games won't launch, they immediately close after they are opened. I tried disabling jailbreak detection from Flex but it didn't help. I didn't have these problems while I was in iOS 9.3.3. -
