Can you make the Health, Speed, and Power skills max too? There are other hackers in the game that are impossible to kill. And whenever I try to upgrade them It crashes the game.

So I used SemiRestore10-Lite by using mterminal. Weird stuff came up when I press enter. When it was done, all my tweaks (including iFile and Filza was removed) at first I thought it worked but when I opened the cydia app, it respringed and went into safe mode. I restarted and realized that my cydia app and everything else is gone.. I went to the Yalu app and it said that I was already jail broken. I rebooted a couple of times and tried everything but nothing happened... I downloaded a filza IPA and tried to delete the files: .installed_yaluX and .cydia_no_stash please someone help me. I tried installing computer programs such as ifunbox to delete the files but I couldn't see them.
