Now it’s says wait 10 seconds while u wait disable “Download with our secure Download Manager”, under create download link. 3. After those 10 Seconds are up simply click on “Create Download Link”. 4. Found the reason...the auto update from Cydia Impactor apparently didn't update right, after deleting it & a fresh new install, it worked! Thx @DiDA
