That's why I don't prefer ordering online, sometimes because of the poor delivery services you can lose your money. Still, when you are constrained to purchase something online, you have to be very careful and intelligent in these kinds of situations. For instance, I am always using an international package tracking system to make sure that my parcel is safe, and I won't lose any money.
