  1. Just called PlayStation to get my problem fixed. (Someone Stole my account twice). They said that “I suggest you create a new account” or “use the password reset feature”. I say I can’t use the password feature cause they changed the email. He says “and I understand that, but dealing with the history of the account I can’t do anything further”. Just the fact that he said “create a new account” is beyond stupid. I have a years worth of ps plus, 163 digital games, rank 12 account with a few platinum trophies, and not to mention all the hard work I’ve put into the  games that I have.

      I guess let it be a lesson to ensure you have enough security on your accounts, it's happen to me before (having to start over), it sucks but in the end it not so bad if you only play a few games consistently.
