I subscribed to VIP and paid, and the full amount was deducted, but when I enter the game, it still asks me to subscribe to VIP. Why hasn’t the feature been activated? I paid twice: first on Signulous, where I paid $19, then on iOSGods App, where I paid $34. First, why do I have to pay twice for two different applications? I paid in the first one, then it told me to pay in the second one to get VIP, and even after that, it still wasn’t activated. I lost money because of these payments.

Hello, I subscribed to VIP and completed the payment, and the full amount was successfully charged. However, when I open the game, it still asks me to subscribe to VIP, and the VIP access has not been activated. I made two payments: $19 through Signulous $34 through iOSGods App I do not understand why I had to pay twice through two different applications. I completed the first payment, then I was asked to pay again through the second app in order to get VIP access, but even after both payments, the feature is still not activated. Please review my account and payments, activate the VIP subscription if applicable, or provide a refund for the duplicate/unsuccessful charges. Thank you, and I look forward to your assistance.

None of my games are working despite my VIP subscription, and the new update method is terrible. It's become mandatory to update, but the games aren't working. My subscription will expire, and I haven't benefited from it because it's not working in the games. Please look into this matter.
