Hello! Just wondering if you ever were able to locate your own file from your device? I can't find the Kardashian app in the file sharing iTunes thing and i can't open the directory in any other program. If you or anybody else could help me I would greatly appreciate it

Do you know what I can do in case the KKH app does not show up on my file sharing thing on iTunes? I've plugged and unplugged my phone several times now and I still can't find it. I have a non-jailbroken iPhone 11 so idk what's going on hope you can help me! TIA
