This can never work on iOS Non-JB as it seems that Apple and PopCap has placed some updated security features to prevent data manipulations by hiding the No_Backup folder thus locking out users from accessing " pp.dat" . Please update your OP post as it is misleading.

Doesn't work, I'm using Non-JB v.9. I did the method for the non-JB but nothing changed, I still have my old Coin and Starfruit amount. It's as if the overwrite didn't overwrite anything at all. -

It works but everytime it syncs, it resets everyting back to nothing.
