I have tried it won’t even download now safari says it can’t establish a secure connection when I try to install

My iPhone updated overnight to 15.1 iOSGods app downloads but dosnt open tried to re down load but same thing happens

Hi there I purchased this up on the 23 of august . After going through the install process and the app finish installing a screen keeps coming up saying app needs to be updated. So I left it cause I had other things to do, came back the next day to try again deleting the history restarting the phone. Now it’s saying it’s expired and help will be appreciated thanks
