Nope installed correctly then Rebooted device went to settings activated cheats but still no luck, I have done it multiple times

Downloaded Shmoo's modern combat 4 hack and activated everything in settings but nothing seems to be working, any ideas? Hack says it's for 1.2.1 which is the latest version of the game and hasn't been updated for years

When I launch Modern Combat 4, says the hack is blocked and gives me the options unblock hack and okay. When I hit unblock hack it opens up iFile and downloads a tweak. I respring my device but I still get the msg saying hack is blocked
