It works in safe mode and it works with all tweaks deleted but this never happened before and I have had these tweaks for ever

My game is stuck at kicking off and people say it's a iOS 9 bug and to upgrade to 9.1 but I won't do that any help ?

I have reinstalled CYDIA substrate and my previous tweaks and it disables the double tap and the single tap does not have a animation and it is very gross please help

this is the case i have on my iphone and after dropping it numerous amounts of times and my friends as well it has showed to be fine

double pressing or even single pressing the home button will not work i want to close apps from multitask but it wont work it stays in what ever i am in and when i hit it once to go to the home screen it dosnt show any animation it just is really laggy and buggy i dont know what is wrong it has happend a bunch of times before but fixed itself some way its upsetting me that this is happening EDIT* it works when i restart the device but will bug out later
