How to get Coins in LDOE
You will need either DIDa Jailbroken hack for this to work :
DIDa's Jailbreak Hack :
How many coins do you want ?
Do you have 25 coins ?
You must have 25 coins to start off with
Firstly :
Hidden Content-
Turn off "Unlimited Energy" make sure "increase coins/points" is active and leave your shelter on foot.
Secondly :
Hidden Content-
Waste your Energy by traveling back and forth to the closet location.
Thirdly :
Hidden Content-
When you get low on Energy you will be prompted to fill your Energy for 25 coins, (you must have 25 coins already) tap on "Buy" and your Energy will fill up.
Fourthly :
Hidden Content-
After you do this your coins will say 50, repeat the process untill you have enough coins to buy the large fule tank, this item is 800 coins.
After you have purchased the fule tank you will see you have gained the 800 coins.
Repeat the process untill you have the amount of coins you want.
REMEMBER :
Hidden Content-
Fill a trunk in your shelter with the fule but delete the rest from your inbox.

This is known as the “blue screen of death”, it makes the users of iPhone's frustrated. The problem may occur after a small drop or when you are using one of the apps all of a sudden, the screen starts flickering, lines will appear on screen and then gets a blue screen or a white screen.
Have you dropped the device at all ?
installed anything you may think has caused the issue ?
There are only 6 ways to fix this and the last two are a final resort as both will cost you your jailbreak
Solution 1: Hard Reset

What iOS are you all running ?
iOS 11.0.3 has major bugs with installing/updating, it's having issues with the AppStore itself, if you are running iOS 11.0.3 this is why you revive this error.

If you are then why use CI ?
You could just get the app from AppStore and install the hack via Cydia ?

Ppsspp Gold for iPhone
Install PPSSPP with or without jailbreak
Step 1: Open this URL: iemulators.com, in Safari [This site has every Emulator you can imagine for iPhone]
Step 2: Go to the “Apps” tab
Step 3: Scroll down until you see PPSSPP icon as well as tap on the icon
Step 4: Tap on Install.
When the : “dl.boxcloud.com wants to install “PPSSPP” popup opens up, tap Install and also Install once more if required
Step 5: Go to : Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn OFF Set Automatically > Change the time to several days back
Step 6: Launch PPSSPP App from your home screen (run it for the very first time).
Step 7: Exit from PPSSPP
Step 8: Got to : Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn ON Set Automatically.
If you want to play on your Apple device (or other portable Adroid to ), then follow these steps:
Install PPSSPP on your device
Connect the device to your PC where you are storing the ISO or CSO file.
Android devices can be easily connected via USB cable.
The device should show up in Windows Explorer. Now simply copy over the files to somewhere easy to remember - for example, create a folder called "PSP ISO" and copy your ISO and CSO files there.
Now, start PPSSPP, navigate to your new ISOs on the Games tab, then click the game, which now should show up with an icon.

What iOS are you all on ?
i ask this as Cydia Impactor is having issues with iOS 11.0.3, this iOS is itself very buggy and has its own issues with downloading and installing apps and updates
How many sideloaded apps do you have on your device ?
This question is asked as Apple only allow you to install 3 apps with Cydia Impactor, 3 apps is the limit.
If you could Please read the forums Cydia Impactor & FAQ topic :
You will be able to learn and understand a little bit more about Cydia Impactor and why it can give certain errors.

We remove the hack as its for 1.6.4, updating the app to 1.6.5 and leaving the 1.6.4 hack installed may cause issues when you launch 1.6.5.
The hack will not effect what progress you already saved, just remove the 1.6.4 hack, update app to 1.6.5, restore save game, install 1.6.5 hack and your good to go.

Being stuck on the loading screen indicates that you have crafted an item you are not supposed to, the item you crafted is not yet in the game, all you can do is start again.
Log out of Game Center
delete the app
install app and play till you hit level 2
Close app
Log in to Game Center
Now you should have a fresh game to start at level 2, do not craft items not yet released or you will face the same issue.

You are going to need to :
Delete LDOE
Sign out of GameCenter
Download LDOE
Launch LODE, Play around a little and get to level 2
Exit LDOE and close from multitasking
Log back in to GameCenter
Hopefully when you open LDOE it will load your new level 2
Get what ever hack you need and get back to where you was before the crash.

You should have no issues as long as you have not crafted unreleased items.
