You must still have it on the device, the error indicates that it can not replace the existing IPA !

Tap the screen with 3 fingers simultaneously to activate the IGMM !

Have you activated that feature?

To activate IGMM features tap your screen with 3 fingers simultaneously, a IGMM will appear, tap on the feature you want to enable. 

Sometimes when you first enter the app and you tap to gain access you will need to open the IGMM and turn one feature on and off, this triggers the features to kick in. 

All features are working fine for me.

ATV Transmission - Not yet released, this item is not in the game and can not be found until the developer adds it to the game in a future update, there is no set date for this item.

This error is normally To do with the user already having the IPA you are trying to install on the device. 

To fix the issue - Remove the existing app from your device and try again. 

Depends how much you want a jailbreak, you may trade/sell your iPhone 7 and days later there is a jailbreak for iOS 11, you might keep the 7 and never see a jailbreak, it's entirely up to you. 

Me, I won't have an iPhone without a jailbreak, I have an iPhone 6 Jailbroken and I wouldn't trade it, not even for a brand new iPhone 8.

You need to delete the game and not restore, your save game is the problem, I said start again, do not restore as you have lost your save, you need :

Delete app (original or modded)

Sign out of Game Center (Do not log back in at all)

Download app

START ALL OVER AGAIN, do not restore game as your save game is no good at all it's broken.

What I tend to do is back up every 2/3 levels, say I backed up on level 40, I would then back up at level 42/43.

yes it is fine to back up after an update, just be sure you have not crafted unreleased items.

Split a single item ? You can not split 1, this is why you must have 2 of the same item to be able to split.

When you craft the Genorator it is not yet built, to build and completely finish you need to place the Genorator on the ground and add the parts required. 

While the Genorator is crafted only, you can place it where you want to, I don't know why it lets you but you can place it anywhere, you just can not add part to build it unless it's placed on the ground at your shelter.
