I have used a 32 bit on iOS 7-10 and I have seen how 'optimised' it is and I also hav had a 64 bit from iOS 8-10

Make sure you are on the latest version of impactor, there was an update like yesterday or the day b4 that to fix this error

The reason jailbreaks are not released for 32bits anymore is because they aren't stable enough, and even if you aren't worried about this they still wil not run as smoothly as 64bit devices

Yes but it would run 1000% smoother on iOS 6 plus there is an untethered jailbreak on iOS 6 and there may not be another jailbreak for 32bit devices on iOS 10

No it isn't plus I wouldn't upgrading/restoring on the latest iOS cause the iPhone 5 would run like trash on iOS 10 and even iOS 9 so stay on iOS 6

Download app manager from cydia and delete all data, also sign out game centre b4 u go back onto the game, this should work if not I don't know ‍♀

Use icleaner if you hav installed, then I would recommend deleting that tweak after you get apps back
