The "place tower anywhere" is a bit buggy. Works sometimes online. Works 100% on single player

No idea. Last time I played, it loads a save game for me ( Almost maxed I guess) even though it's my first time. It's weird. I tried reinstalling the game and tweak and the same thing happens.
