you need patch when you got update message only. if didn't, don't patch. for example: you download v1.0.103 but when you open PokeFarmer.Patched.exe says "v1.0.105 update" you need update to v1.0.105 from Buddy Updates and then patch using the tool what inside v1.0.103 my package. or you can update from running PokeFarmer.exe and press YES to update tool = ollydbg
