I want to receive the source package for this game but now I want to complete the steps by windows computer

Ok I opened it with ifile but now it says "fail to open"

Can anyone help me with this one I have ifile not sure if it's the right one but when I go to usercloud on Safari on iPhone to download it's not working can someone write the steps to take.
