Error when I try to install I’m iOS 15.1 iPhone 11

Hello to all, I was just wondering how long it would take for funds to be deposited after sending in a developer Account. thank you.

Ever since the recent update the majority of apps seem to not download. I would click install and the icon would turn grey but would not go through the process of installation. the only apps that are working are the ones I’ve already downloaded.
