There might be a way to have all the presets of your LR PC in your LR Mobile if you're using the same Adobe account. You can Google or Youtube about this, it might give you what you're asking for. Thanks @Laxus for update the tweak to support with the latest version. Been waiting for so long, really appreciate your hard working man.

For new comers... For now this modded only works for v5.4.2 and below,if you have already updated your LR Mobile app to v6.0.0 or v6.0.1 please kindly downgrade your it to v5.4.2. Thank you!

It did work fine for v.5.4.1 and below, so just don't update to the latest version yet or if you've already updated just downgrade your LR app to v5.4.1. I did the same.
