It's mean the Scarecrow alway max focus and i think it's linked too.

Some feedback after using it for awhile. - Infinite Mana -linked - No Mana needed to use spells/skills (Use 7 Mana skill with only 2 Mana) -linked - Increased Attack / Onehitkill (Always use with Enemies can't attack, since they onehit you too) - linked - Always Critical Hit (Always use with Enemies can't attack, since they onehit you too) - linked - Always have Scarcrow-Special ready - Not sure what is it - Disable Enemy attacks (Thanks to Mrs14t3r) - not tested yet Anyway, Thanks for it.
