And Being VIP membership isn’t a paid service you mean? We paid for membership to get VIP service therefore it’s a paid service. We as customer have the rights to complain or give compliments. If he is doing a good job we say thank you as always and if the service is being delayed for an unreasonable time then we have the right to ask why. Long story short it is a paid service, you paid to get his service.
