Hello admin i'm have made an order for a few day ago with order id Order #536423 the problem is that i have paid money by method credit card and in my card balance it had been paid in history of transaction but why i don't have vip at the first day and the next day after it said need manual approvement so i still wait but now when i checked again i see that the order status has changed to expired ( i don't have vip and i still paid ?? no refund can you solve this problem or check problem for me please) thanks a lot
