I get the same error. I tried it on 3 different devices and on Mac and Windows. Also tried to reset the network settings and that didn't work either. 2 devices on ios 10 and one on ios 11. All three failed.

I have the same problem on iPad mini iOS 9.3.5 via Phoenix jailbreak. I have this same hack on other devices working but 9.3.5 and Phoenix appears to have a problem. Other substrate tweaks are working but not this one. Anyone else get it working on their 9.3.5 device?

Tried 9.1.2 on ios10.2.2 with plist trick only and didn't work Update : tried flex3 hack and crashed at bat on launch
