      @kenny808:

      I am not too sure who quoted this, which is why I did not credit it to one individual alone. It would not be fair. Sources from the internet quote multiple individuals including 'Anthony Robbins'. I reckon this one of those sayings which got carried over generations!

      What if the clock is stopped at 00:00?

      00:00 means the clock would have its hands on 12, therefore, in a day, the clock would be correct two times.

      ;)

      P.S: That's normally used in the military (i.e., 24-hour clock) [Reference: http://usmilitary.about.com/od/theorderlyroom/a/militarytime.htm]

      But the quote refers to the analog clock where the numbers are from 1 - 12. Hence the proverb still remains valid.

  4. @ Hi Kenny, I am not able to hack this game despite following the instructions. Is it because I have the 64-bit device (iPad Air)? Or am I doing something wrong? After copying and pasting the two files (game_state.json & user_settings.json) I am not able to play the game itself. As in, the game opens up and I am not able to click on anything. In simple words, nothing works. Also I do not see the unlimited coins as well. I have attached a screenshot of the issue. Hope you can provide some helpful insight into this issue. Thanks!
  5. Thank you so much for this! Appreciate it.
  6. Oops! Commented in the wrong thread. I have moved it. http://iosgods.com/topic/888-real-racing-3-v240-1/page-2 Sorry! Ah yes! Found it! You need to go into the the "Installed" section and find the hacks installed. lol I assumed this was only for the apps/tweaks downloaded from Cydia. Thank you so much!
  7. @@DiDA Oh yes! About that "uninstall it from Cydia if it's a .deb" part, how do I do that? I did read that from the world-wide-web, but I did not have any luck in finding that. Am I searching in the wrong section within Cydia? If so, where exactly am I supposed to be looking in?
  8. @ Hello there! To cut the story short I tried to play this game via a "save file" patch (http://iosgods.com/topic/85-real-racing-3-all-versions/#entry10560) and soon enough, the government (EA Games) outed me and my account was suspended. @@DiDA suggested this hack as one of the options to by-pass the system and soon after my account was freed, I dowloaded this patch and followed the instructions to a T. But when trying to open the game, the game was frozen and refused to open up. So I went in the iFile and deleted the deb. file and I think I deleted just a few of the hack files, and soon enough I was able to get inside the game. But for some reason, my device started to crash and long story short, my device decided to declare insanity and went into a reboot-loop! I had to take the "DFU Mode" in order to revive my iPad and I did not want to do this again as I knew I was doing something wrong. Any clue?

  10. @@DiDA I don't think you got my earlier chat messages, but yeah the volume issue was resolved as soon as I did a hard reset of the device. Now everything is working perfectly. Thank you!
  11. @@DiDA Sorry about the late response. I was busy fiddling around my iPad and tweaking different settings. I must say that it is nice to have options which can help simplify one's life. Coming back to the subject matter, I thought so too! At first, I did not notice that and that probably was because I was more or less anxious to see if the iPad was jailbroken or not. Only after playing 8 Ball Pool (why yes, I downloaded a hack from here and started playing it - Works brilliantly. Thank you so much) did I notice that something was strange. The sound of the balls hitting (no pun intended ) each other and the other game sounds started to have a higher decibel count. The volume, if you would like to call it, started to fade in and out quickly which gave it an echo effect. Long story short, it sounds slightly annoying, and that's even after reducing the volume to 2-3 bars. Like I said earlier, it is not a huge problem, but a slight one nonetheless.
  12. @@DiDA Oh wow! Thanks for the link. I shall check them out. I now see what the fuss was all about. Loads of options for those that want it, and I shall play around with them and see what's out there. Although I do have to say that the sound output is rather loud and it is like the speaker output is set to the maximum. I do not know how to describe the issue, just that it is louder than the usual. Not a deal-breaker but certainly a small splinter nonetheless.
  13. Thanks for the link! The tutorial was pretty much straight forward and I did not face any issues during the entire process. Although my iPhone is not jail-broken, my iPad is and that is my main driver for gaming. Thank you once again for your help. Appreciate the effort and I shall wait till 21 Aug 2014 before doing anything about Real Racing 3.
  14. @@DiDA Not being able to hack 8 Ball Pool was alright, but being banned from Real Racing 3 was the final straw! It is not easy for me to get hooked on games, but I was getting the hang of RR3 and I liked the concept of racing against other players. I do not understand why EA or any other gaming developers feel this need to ban people when they have used a hack. I can understand if the hack itself disrupts other users' experience, but if this is one's personal choice, what is it to them if one choose to enjoy the game differently? Go figure! Anyways, this then brings me to this decision. Jail breaking! I might as well have some fun now with this and I must say that you make a very good salesperson. With little persuasion, you have managed to convince me to do the unthinkable. Join the Dark Side! Well I have done some online research and have collected some information on it. But I need your help in figuring this one out. Since I am at work, I shall wait to come back and PM you. Appreciate your help in this regard. Thank you once again. :thumbsup:
  15. Oh ok. So I delete the save-file and then after the 21st I need to patch the game with another save file. Perfect. Could you guide me to that please? A link to that hack or the file itself? Thanks @@DiDA
