Just download the IPA onto your device, since with this jailbreak a computer isn't needed + their servers are getting hammered.

Once the application has installed, go to Settings -> General -> Device Management and Trust the application.
Now, open the application and press the circle in the middle. Lock your device and wait for it to reboot, this could take a while but stay patient. After your device reboots you should see Cydia and you will now be Jailbroken !
