Yes. It is normal. I make it level 50 cause it gives you 13 coins per follow and that is the max level (50 - 12).

Maybe yes (sometimes its boring and you need some fun) but I know that this game can't be hack because it is server sided and I think the devs are not aware to those words... "HACKs" since there's no professional hacker who did post a single MOD or Hack for this.
