Dida i guess u should lock this post as it is of no use.. 1. first link does not work as it shows page not found 2. second link does work and installs too on phone but the app does not appear on home screen even after reboot. 3. it is nowhere present on the repo now and maybe removed from there too.

So here is the thing.. I am upgrading at this moment my oil refinery-4citizens(17hrs rmnin) machine gun-4citizens(3days rmnin) mercenary camp-4citizens(9days rmnin) and my total citizens capacity is 14 so i used 12citizens nd 2 r free but nw i am also upgrading my roads which tks 4citizens(2days rmnin) nd smhw i m using 4extra citizens..
