It's perfectly safe. If you don't trust it, host it on your own machine and use it that way. I host mine on my own cloud and don't have to worry about anyone else seeing my traffic that way. But again, the .js file itself is perfectly harmless; it's just a list of sites to white/blacklist access to.

Thanks, OP! So I installed xCon, your tweak, and then Famousgram, and gave my phone a reboot. Unfortunately, I still get the jailbreak error. I've tried fresh installs and reboots and I'm not getting any other results. Anything else you can recommend?
