Select a backup in left tree pane, then select main menu->File->exportor press CTRL+E to export selected backup to a computer folder, you can then load exported backups into ibackupbot for iTunes by select main menu->File->Open or press CTR+O. You can freely select restore which backup to your iPhone/iPod Touch.

This is very simple, I use it a lot on my non-jailbroken device. It is available for Apple devices or Android devices. [Hidden Content] Like for more!

I think this is already implied, but you need a jailbroken device for this. Press the 'Thanks' button to see how to get spotify premium free! (working 7th April 2016) (bdayspotify) Step 1 1. First thing you need to do get is spotify version 2.4. 2. To do this you first must delete your current spotify (unless it is already at 2.4 or below, then go straight to step 2) 3. Then you must get iFile from cydia (free from this repo: http://repo.biteyourapple.net/) [Hidden Content] 5. Once it is downloaded, open it in iFile. 6. It should appear on your home screen Step 2 1. Add the repo http://repo.hackyouriphone.org/ 2. Then search [Hidden Content] 3. Install the one from hackyouriphone NOT biteyourapple 4. Once you have resprung, go into spotify(v2.4.0) and you should have premium !! Like this for more ! It looks like a sever-sided game, so there is a chance of you being banned. I'll give it a go using swift as I assume that's the language it was made with. I suggest first looking for an anti-jailbreak check for the app, there are reliable ones on flex 2.
