Does this work together with LocaliAPStore? or do I have to decide to use one or the other?

My device is the iPhone 11 iOS 13.3.1, so there is no Jailbreak available. I've tried using Cydia Impactor and it's not working, there's no way to host this app on iOSGod? for having many apps already hosted, this would be just one more, and it is still a very useful app. If someone finds this app on another app service, can I provide the link?
