You need to make another account on your computer, and then use cydia impactor on that account and it will work. (Another pc account, not Apple ID)

Whenever I install a hack and shmoos mod menu is the one being used, it crashes right when I tap on the circle to open the menu. I even made my own mod menu and it crashes right when I tap on the circle to open the mod menu. If the menu has no hacks at all (just a blank menu) the menu opens up fine. Help.
