You can use Sidelloadly to inject deb into IPA. If you plan on injecting cheat that was built for jb only, it will not work

Yep the alert is bugged on some apps. But if you wait 60s time out it will let you login

I'm not sure if signulous support injecting deb / dylib, if not then you need to do that manually
Download igg deb and add into IPA with Sideloadly, then upload to signulous to sign

Install ldid (LD i D), odctools, fakeroot then reinstall iGameGod. After that reinstall the deb cheat
If still not work use Derootifier instead of iGameGod to convert deb to rootless

As long as you save progress using game protocol like facebook/ google/ gamecenter/ apple id signin then you ca retrieve save progress anytime. Else will be reset after delete

Corrupted jb maybe? Reboot device into non-jb state and try using Sideloadly to install modded ipa, or use trollstore
