You nedd to enable jit to use some features of the menu. Unfortunately there is no way to enable jit for ios 17+

Download the original version from the Apple AppStore then legit buy, done. Should delete modified ipa first
Or maybe don't need to delete, just try if you can install, if you cant then delete modfied version
