Yes, just install untouch / unhacked ipa version from iosgods decrypted appstore (if the author who made chest doesnt upload untouch version on iosgods app) when you want to buy real in-app stuff
Then install hacked version again to play, they will overwrite as long as you dont delete the app

No, IAP crackers do not support this game. But there is a hack here on iOSGods that includes Gems & Coins hack.

Use Sideloadly and enable UIFILESHARING option in Sideloadly then sideload. Use 3utools to view and copy ab2 Documents folder to Desktop
Do the same for iPhone, drag documents folder you copied from iPad into iPhone

Move or copy downloaded deb file to /var/mobile/Documents/ with Filza
Open deb file and choose open with iGameGod, then install & inject with iGameGod
