Look like the hack is using Patcher which is outdated and need to be re-compile for ARM64e devices. Ask the author to update it and use mod menu instead

Hello, you purchase ViP which is for using modded app which required ViP only and you can't download app due to Apple have revoked free certificate
You need App+ in order to download apps when Apple revoked free certificate. More infos can be found here

No, when you purchase you purchase for 1 device udid only. You can transfer to any device 1 time during purchase, but not be able to use both

You are getting connection error while trying to duplicate the app or it’s the app duplicated connection problem?
You can only transfer to new device one time so think about it carefully

2. Use Shmoo's mod menu template. Currently not working on ios 11 until he release a fix. There is no other free mod menu right now

Yes. Delete all iosgods.com stuff there, save the file. Reboot device and you're done
