The unavailable to download on iOSGods App is releated to the revokes. Buying ViP won't let you download when the app is revoked, ViP only give you access to cheats that required ViP
If you want less revokes then you should buy App+ instead of ViP which is available to purchase right now

Try using pc / laptop since you will need to sign it anyway, install with filza won't work.
Try resetting your safari cache browser as well

Custom install the game with uifilesharing option on. Then use iFunBox or 3uTools and you can open the app save file just like App+

The in-app purchase bug related to the jailbreak itself. Run this ldrestart command in Terminal everytime you want to make in-app purchase so the popup will show

The error message clearly described what happen, turn on internet
If you use those anti-revoke method none of them work so don't wasting your time. You can also use Sideloadly to install when the app is revoked

Try using iCleaner, I suggest you use checkra1n or Odyssey Jailbreak instead of unc0ver if you want to use cheats

You can only transfer to new device one time so think about it carefully
