Hey, you can access iOSGods App on your pc with this link to download the IPA
There is a bug thst sometimes Sideloadly force closed when downloading, all you need is download the ipa and sideload manually (choose download for impactor option and you can download the ipa)

Hmm iirc the game is online so you can save your progress with gaem center or fb/google
You can also try using apps manager to backup your app data aswell
