They are different
Free Store mean you can buy everything in-game that use game currency without having enough or getting subtracted, like price always = 0

There was cheat for DLS but they patched everything in 2026 edition, so no longer update
App+ is like a personal certificate which will let you install app direcly on Safari without PC (Sideloadly/ SideStore/ Alstorre, etc ..)
ViP is for granting access to the cheats that required ViP, if your fav games doesn't require ViP then you no need for it App+ is better option

App+ only work on the device that you registered with UDID

Infinite currencies for that game is freeze when you spending
The cheat doesn't included free iap, plus the $100 is normal in sideloaded apps because it not real and you can't make real purchase in sideload apps anyway

You can't save. Memory value change everytime the game is reopen
