iAP Hacks won’t work because the game currency is server-side
If you mean purchasing legit IAP then it won’t work due to the Apple protection. Use original IPA on the AppStore if you want to purchase IAP

That trick won’t work if the app check the content with the app server. The best you can do is ask the author who uploaded the app to update it in iosgods topic by tagging him using @Name

Free apple account can only use 7 days. After 7 days you don't need to delete the app just sideload again with the same apple id so your progress still remain

If I remember correctly that happen because you're trying to download the ViP required app but you're free
