That trick won’t work if the app check the content with the app server. The best you can do is ask the author who uploaded the app to update it in iosgods topic by tagging him using @Name

Free apple account can only use 7 days. After 7 days you don't need to delete the app just sideload again with the same apple id so your progress still remain

Try turning off your anti virus, jailbreak ipa files usually get flagged

The free certificate is revoke you can't use the web app, for less revokes use Sideloadly or iOSGods App+. ViP has nothing to do with these access
Make sure you not confuse between App+ and ViP

The cracked arcade verion for sideload version has iCloud issue -> gamecenter save progress issue -> you can't backup and play on original version
I think there is a trick around that by enable UIFileSharing in Sideloadly when you sideload, then you can view and backup your saved data. Find a jailbreak device and install arcade version (if you suscribed) then you can restore your progress

No, it just get revoked. This happen frequently with free certificate
I recommend you using Sideloadly instead or pay for iOSGods App+

ViP has nothing to do with revokes. And yes when the it get revoked you will need to use Sideloadly to install (Required PC / Laptop)
If you want to install on your device then you can look for iOSGods App+
