I tried and it work for me, you can also try using vpn because win10 has connectivity issue for some apps

If your device is 32 bit it won't work, because 99% of the IPA is for 64 bit only

Reboot and rejailbreak with load tweaks option off in unc0ver. Then go to Cydia and uninstall a-bypass then reboot and rejb again with load tweak option on
