If the game app you using has social network login then it should automatically save
If not just sideload with Sideloadly, and when the app expired just sideload again to overwrite to keep progress

If you trying to use ViP on iosgods app that is for non-jb only which is different vip subscription. The ViP you having right now is for jailbroken

Also note that ViP for non-jb has nothing to do with the revokes certificate. You can continue using the app when it revoked with Sideloadly
