Don’t think you can, unless that IPA is signed with UIFileSharing enabled so you can grab the documents data with ifunbox / 3utools and transfer again

The game is removed on the appstore so that you cannot download the iap content on the server anymore => outdated

Also make sure not confuse between ViP and App+ purchase

Login on Safari first, then proceed to login on App+ and it will automatically use the login found in Safari.
