If your App+ is revoked and your subs still active you need to fill the revoke form to fix it due to Apple policty changes

Have you tried closing iGameGod first then start downloading the game, then open iGameGod to check if the game show up on list?
Also what iGameGod version you using? 0.3.4?

If not just sideload with Sideloadly, and when the app expired just sideload again to overwrite to keep progress
