You can grab the deb and back it up using this website if the repo is listed there

Get the latest game version then go in it .app folder with Filza and open Info.plist
Try searching and copy these build number, bundleversion, bundleversionshortstring, etc ... anything that related in game version. Then install game version and replace these old number with the new one
Not sure if this will work for all but tested and work for some. If the game server-side then 100% doesnt work
