    Can you send us crash logs? To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content.

    Yep, so far only old device ios version has this kind of issue idk why Is your iOS below 15? Send us crash logs To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content.

    I don't have access to my old jb device, but if it work on non-jb nothing wrong with jb. Maybe your iOS too old? Which version and device you on right now? Include your jb tyoe
